Factory transparencyInside the factory
We're the maker, not a reseller. Sourcing premade fans overseas is risky when you can't see who's behind them — so here's our line, our QC and the documents that ship with your order.
Real factory, real people, real machines
Placeholders below until our shoot lands — but this is the line your fans actually come off, not a trading-office middle layer.
Quality control, step by step
Every order runs the same gate — the same one on our home page — from the first sample to the documents that ship with it.

The paperwork that protects your brand
Private-label buyers ask for proof, and customs and retailers may too. Here's what we can put on file for your order — including safety and formaldehyde test data for private-label launches.
Certificate of Analysis, FDA registration/listing details and safety test reports — including formaldehyde test data — are available on request, so private-label buyers can answer their own retailers and customs with documentation, not promises.
The details that decide whether a fan holds
Clean narrow bases
No boxy stems. Narrow, tidy bases set fast and sit flush, so fans fan true and retention holds.
Zero fallout (heat-bonded)
Heat-bonded fans hold their shape from tray to lash line — no loose hairs shedding into the set.
Curl & length tolerance
Curl and length are checked against tolerance, not eyeballed — what you spec is what you get.
Batch-to-batch consistency
Re-orders match the sample you approved, so your customers see the same fan every time.
Off-brand defects get blamed on your brand — our QC is your insurance.
